ET's Steven "Cojo" Cojocaru reflects on the hits and misses in fashion on the 2010 Creative Arts Emmy Award red carpet with his Best and Worst-Dressed List. Coming in at No. 5 in the best-dressed category is actress Kristin Chenoweth. Cojo referred to her Emmy choice as "simple day chic." "She did it well and kept it simple," he said of the star. The No. 4 title went to "iCarly" actress Miranda Cosgrove, who Cojo said was on his "list of ones to watch." Kathy Griffin stepped off the "D List" and onto Cojo's list, coming in at No. 3 as a best-dressed celeb. "You have made it to the A-list at last," he joked with Kathy.
