Rihanna and Eminem to Open MTV Video Music Awards

We're just moments away from the airing of the MTV Video Music Awards, and sources tell ET that it was decided at the very last minute that Rihanna will open up the show with Eminem this evening.
The pop star is thrilled to perform at the awards show and will reportedly turn around and leave immediately after to continue working on 'Battleship' in Hawaii.
Eminem and Rihanna have a hit song together called "Love the Way You Lie."
