Sofia Vergara's man is "in good spirits"

Nearly four months after his horrific car accident, Sofia Vergara's boyfriend, businessman Nick Loeb, is making a speedy recovery - and the Modern Family actress couldn't be more relieved. "It's going to take a lot of time for everything to be perfect, but he's in great spirits. He's looking good, and I'm very happy!" Sofia told In Touch at the Janie Bryant book signing in LA on December 8 about her beau, who landed in the ICU after his car fell down an embankment in Bel Air on August 23. After being bedridden, the handsome Nick is on his feet again. "At the beginning it was a nightmare, but he's walking, finally!" Sofia said. "We can go places and enjoy dinner." As In Touch previously reported, Sofia and Nick began dating last January after meeting at a Golden Globe party in LA.
